Patrick K. Spurlock: The level of government concealment and the falsifying of Official state documents surrounding traffic stops gone wrong is simply a burden that I do not believe a True Democracy can or should have to tolerate.

Patrick K. Spurlock: However, throwing lawyers at this particular problem has never proven effective to date. Questions relating to the “Public Trust” can only be decided by The People who are from the voting district where the harm occurred.

Patrick K. Spurlock: However, more rules only convolute the central issue. The issue is “Who Decides If An Official Violated The Rules & Who Decides What Penalties Must Be Suffered In The Event Thereof?”

Patrick K. Spurlock: However, the AG’s office cannot “Decide For The Public Which Government Personnel We Are To Trust.” Our particular form of Democracy is “Individual Centered”. We have permitted the government to ACT as it chooses, yet Our Legislative Authority must reign supreme. Our sovereignty is expressed in Our direct oversight of government personnel.

Patrick K. Spurlock: However, because “The Public Trust” question is a question of Preeminent Sovereignty(We The People)~i.e. Potential Treason Exercised Against Us, We are rightfully entitled to exercise Our Federal Power over any such official.

Patrick K. Spurlock: Only an extremely few number of prisoners have chosen to kill everybody/anybody they can get Their hands on. Fundamentally Speaking, Solitary Confinement is a tool exercised against Prisoners Of War. Unless Our government officials ARE at war against Us???

  • “Public” is My idea of public safety. Investing in Our Communities in such a way as would enable them to Protect Themselves is a much better concept than having armed government hostiles stalking Our various communities. Yes, thus far, both greed and racism have prevented this type of model from being introduced. Yet, it is a more sound model for True Democracy.

Tangible markers will show Family Centered coalescing. In laymen’s terms, communities will naturally form themselves in a manner designed to shield its most vulnerable members from probable threats. This will naturally include the shielding of those members of a community who are known within that community as the caregivers of its most vulnerable.

Such hive-like behaviors usually act to train the given community against unhealthy and or destructive behaviors, while also allowing the same to develop its strongest members specifically for the defense of said community.

Such robust alignment has the added benefit of both resilience and, the greatest buffer for randomly inviting others into Their community.

  • Go to the various communities within My district and work with Them to organize Their community accordingly.

I would also attempt to arrange a database for collection of the various metrics so that ultimately We could establish a Best Practices framework.

  • Abolish Internal Affairs because as a mechanism it has proven Itself to be nothing more than a rubber-stamp.
